How do I sign up?
To receive automatic shipments of any Nutri-Health® product simply go the product page, check the Auto Ship option, then “Add to Cart”.
Once you complete the checkout process you will automatically receive the $4.00 discount and FREE shipping.
Our products are bottled as a 30-day supply and shipments are automatically set up monthly. To change the dates or time frame of your shipments, please call Nutri-Health Customer Care at 1-800-914-6311.
By selecting the Auto Ship discount and the free shipping option you agree to enrollment in the Nutri-Health® Auto Ship Program which requires a 3 shipment minimum commitment. Product will ship and your credit card will be billed with each shipment until you cancel Auto Ship. You may cancel Auto Ship by contacting customer service at any time after the 3 shipment commitment. The Auto Ship discount cannot be combined with any other offers including quantity discounts.
