What are Nutri-Health.com’s domestic shipping policies?

Standard shipping for any order under $49 is only $3.00 for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states.

We always ship in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items when they become available at no additional charge.

To expedite the delivery of your items, we may need to divide your order into two shipments – at no additional charge. This is only the case if part of your order is in stock and the other part is temporarily on back order.

What are Nutri-Health.com’s domestic shipping options?

Standard Shipping

  • Delivers in 1-4 business days after your order has been processed*
  • Monday - Saturday delivery USPS Only
  • Packages weighing more than 2 lbs will be delivered via UPS
  • Rural areas may take additional time
  • Delivery to PO Boxes will always be from USPS or UPS

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivers in 2 business days after your order has been processed*
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by Noon (MST) Monday - Friday for expedited shipping
  • If order is placed on Friday by Noon (MST) your order will arrive on Tuesday

UPS Next Day Air

  • Delivers in 1 business day after your order has been processed*
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by Noon (MST) Monday - Friday for expedited shipping
  • If order is placed on Friday by Noon (MST) your order will arrive on Monday

What are Nutri-Health.com’s international shipping policies?

We do not ship internationally.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday). For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by Noon (MST) Monday - Friday. During peak times, shipping may be delayed.  * Orders normally take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipping based on our overall volumes.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our distribution center located in Cottonwood, Arizona.

If one or more items is on backorder, when will I receive my order?

If your product has become so popular it is currently out of stock you will receive an email or postcard telling you your product is on backorder. Don't worry, we won't charge you until it ships. We will send it as soon as we get it.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call 1-800-914-6311.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. We cannot ship UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Does Nutri-Health charge sales tax on shipping charges?

Arizona residents are subject to a sales tax.

Is there a way I can have the products automatically shipped to me?

Yes. With our Healthy Lifestyle savings plan. You receive 25% off of the retail price, receive free shipping, and you may cancel or change the frequency of your order at any time.*

Are there any restrictions on Air Shipping?

Yes. Orders ship Monday thru Friday only. Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm mountain standard time in order to ship the same day.
